Relational Safety Assessment
Measure how safe, connected, and energized you feel in your relationship with one specific partner.
About this assessment: The C.A.R.E. assessment measures four neural pathways that shape relational safety: Calm, Accepted, Resonant, and Energized. You'll answer 20 questions about your partner. If you're recovering from infidelity, an additional 10 questions assess the state of trust repair. Takes about 5 to 8 minutes.
