Scenario
Six months in. NL25 is the first stake where the regs at the table have a real edge if you do not. The pool is denser, the aggression patterns sharper, the rake structure tighter. A 5+ bb/100 win-rate over 50,000 hands here is the first piece of evidence that the framework is producing real EV. The criteria demand both a result and an audit trail — three closed leaks plus one solver deviation that was exploit-justified with a paper-trail. The deviation is the harder requirement; it requires a calibrated read that proved correct.
Success criteria
- 50,000 hands at NL25 with 5+ bb/100 win-rate
- Three documented leaks closed, with evidence_decision_ids in the leaks table
- One solver deviation with full audit trail — the read, the confidence, the resolved outcome, the EV gap vs GTO
- Calibration curve over 100+ resolved reads, with the worst-calibrated bin identified
- Phase-2 audit report covering the full 50k-hand sample
